Greentree School is located in Drumheller, a town nestled in the Red Deer River valley in an area rich in fossils.
We are holistic, recognizing the importance of all aspects of development: intellectual, physical, social, emotional, moral and creative.
Our school population is about 373 students, with 20 teachers and 18 support staff.
As a group we work together to create a safe and caring community, where everyone can strive for excellence in learning.

June 9th - Boston Pizza hot lunch - KB and 1-3
June 10th - Boston Pizza hot lunch - KA, KC, and 4-6, Grade 2's at Pioneer Acres
June 11th - EDO - NO SCHOOL
June 14th - Grade 1 starts swimming
June 15th - Grade 3 Achievement Test - ELA Part B, Grade 6 Achievement Test - ELA Part B
June 16th - School Council meeting at 7pm
June 17th - Grade 3 Achievement Test-Math, Grade 6 Achievement test-Math
June 18th - Kindergarten Orientation, Grade 6 Achievement Test - Science
June 21st - Track and field in afternoon-Grades 4-6, KB at Reptile World/Splash Park
June 22nd- KC at Reptile World/Splash Park
June 23rd - KB Graduation at 2pm, Year-end barbeque
June 24th - KC Graduation at 2pm
June 25th - Fun in the Sun (K-3 am), KA Graduation at 2pm
June 24th and 25th - Grade 5's at Foothills Camp
June 28th - KA Field trip
June 29th - LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!
