Inclement Weather:Except for the most unusual weather conditions, schools shall remain open even if buses are not running. The Board of Trustees realizes that parents may feel that to send their child to school would pose a safety hazard. Thus parents may decide to keep their child at home and the Board of Trustees would concur with this decision." (Golden Hills Policy #660). If it is very cold (-34C) the buses will not run, there will be an announcement on Q91 radio. If the buses do not run in the morning, they will not run after school.In cold weather, please tune in to Q91, only those buses not running are announced. |
