Assembly Committee

The assembly committee is composed of a class representative from each grade four through six class. The committee meets monthly to plan the excellence assemblies, and to voice student concerns or ideas. Ideas are discussed by staff, and become topics at future assemblies. Committee members lead the monthly assemblies. The students take turns being master or mistress of ceremonies, leading Oh Canada, and speaking about various topics. This committee helps to develop the leadership and public speaking skills of its members.
